Exercise

I love to exercise and am a particular fan of Davina dvds.  I thought it might be cool to do a review as and when I do a dvd, hope you find it helpful.

Exercise is an important part of our lives or should be and even more so if you are dieting it really helps to tone and shrink the inches.

So tonight I did Davina my 3 thirty minute workout and did the cardio box section which is my favourite.  It consists of warm up boxing and kicking combinations with cardiovascular intervals,  press ups then abs followed by cool down.  It’s quick sweet and to the point.  I burnt just under 300 cals. It’s an intensive workout but perfect when you are short on time.
