I really enjoyed this recipe last night, it will be regular in my house that’s for sure and it was totally syn free, can’t be bad.
300g dried pasta (I used rigatoni)
100g frozen peas
2 skinless chicken breasts sliced
4 rashers of bacon ( I used medallions ) sliced
200g mushrooms sliced
salt and pepper
3 slender leeks sliced
1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions
2. Heat a large saucepan with frylight add chicken, bacon and mushrooms, season well. Stir fry for 4 minutes or until chicken is lightly browned.
3. Add leeks and cook for anther 3 minutes until tender and the chicken is cooked through. Remove from the heat and stir through the quark.
4. Add sauce to pasta, toss well before serving.
