EXTRA EASY DAY

Breakfast – 2 poached eggs, 2 bacon, tomatoes, beans, 2 slices of toast (from 800g loaf) – 1 x HEB, plus 6 syns for second slice of toast and 2 syns for spread

Dinner – Singapore beef with noodles (from new magazine) 1 syn

HEA1 – Milk

SNACKS – m&s guilt free eating white chocolate biscuit bites 6 syns

TOTAL SYNS FOR DAY – 13

EXERCISE – Davina Intense – intense toning 45 minutes.
