So tonight I did this dvd. I really like this series of dvds each one is broken down to 5 sets of 10 minutes workouts so you can do little or as much as you like. I’ve got several of them and can highly recommend them. My only complaint is that some of the moves are definitely not beginners, there is little to no warm up or intro to the more complicated moves.
This one is 5 sets of butt, thigh and legs toning exercises with some cardiovascular intervals to keep your heart rate up and burn fat and a bonus set of abs work. What’s really neat about this one is that you can customise the workout by selecting which sets you want to do in which order.
Tonight I did 4 leg sets and the ab set and burnt 383 calories
