Weigh in result last night

I only lost 1/2lb which I was really disappointed with as other than a couple of 80% days I thought I had been bang on plan, then last night I was thinking it through, going through my meals in my head, visualising then and realise that I am probably not having a third superfree with every meal, its been diminishing slowly with time LOL!

So overall I am 10 1/2lbs down with 51 1/2lbs to go to goal, 3lbs to my 1 stone award.

So my plan this week is to (a) to increase my superfree and (b) 1 100% day at a time.
