The time has arrived to participate in the swimathon for sports relief this afternoon. This will be my second time. I probably haven’t done quite as much training in the pool as I did last time but my stamina and fitness have been dramatically increased with all the exercise I’ve done over the last year. I would like to beat my time of 71 mins but as long as I finish that’s the main thing as it’s raising money for a good cause.
PS I haven’t forgotten about the review of my new DVD but it was rubbish so I won’t bother lol
