Weigh in the result

Well I gained 3lbs. Not as bad as I was expecting and I know the reason why I gained so no need to go over old ground lol.

I’m out twice this week but plan to be 100% on plan outside of those 2 meals and have some lovely recipes planned for this week.

Still feel a little bit weak and wobbly but want to be back in the gym by Monday at the latest
