35g porridge (HEB1) oats soaked overnight in orange mullerlight, chopped apricot, chopped pear, 2 teaspoons Choc Shot (1 syn)

snack

2 x Hifi Light rocky road (HEB2)
Hoops and crosses crisps (4syns)

dinner
Jacket potato, egg mayo (extra light mayo 1 syn), 40g low fat cheddar (HEA1), salad.
Muller choc dessert (5 syns)

HEA2
Almond milk

exercise
Walking to and from work – 40 mins
Gym – 20 mins cross trainer, 10 mins static bike. 3 x leg machines (3 round of 12 reps each machine) – 20 mins.
