Boil jacket potato(es) for 30 mins.
Let cool, cover in clingfilm and leave in the fridge overnight.
Next day, peel off skin, grate potato into a bowl.
Add grated onion if you want, salt and pepper, mix well.
Mush pattie shapes with your hands then fry in Frylight and your done.
