Filling and Healthy list

Just in case anyone fanices giving this a go or curious about the WeightWatchers Filling and Healthy plan, here is the list of foods that you eat freely or until you feel satisfied. You can have 49 points per week on top of that for extras that are not filling and healthy – eg white bread, chocolate, crisps etc.
