Doing another filling and healthy week.

breakfast

2 x shredded wheat

Homemade BNS and tomato soup

French fries 2PP

Melon

snack

Banana

dinner

Jacket potato and beans

42 weeklies left

Exercise – walking to and from work

Sounds rather a boring day food wise, but its a busy one for me today with other commitments won’t be home until 10 pm ish other than a dash in to throw my dinner down my throat!
