Raspberry and strawberry smoothie (raspberries strawberries plain soya yoghurt water)
Slice of yeast free toast 2PP
lemon curd 1PP

lunch
Homemade butter bean and bacon soup
Natures valley granola crunch 5pp

dinner
Chicken and black bean stew, brown rice, roasted vegetables

exercise
Gym – 40 mins cardio, 20 mins upper body weights 5pp earned

7 weeklies remaining (yikes thank god I have 10 exercise points in the bag!!!)
